No, Andor will not have a season 3. The series was designed to have only two seasons. Season 2, which is currently airing, will serve as the conclusion and bridge to the events of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Lucasfilm has confirmed that season 2 will be the final season for Cassian Andor, and no third season is planned.
